This is a special edition of The F words. We couldn't let this sit any longer. Harvey Weinstein is a sexual predator. Yes this situation is happening in the US but there are "Harvey's" in all types of workplaces. Men and women are being victimized. The team brought on top Canadian Employment lawyer Natalie MacDonald on the podcast to discuss Harvey Weinstein & his contract that allowed him to have "incidents".  Harvey could keep on preying on women as long as he paid for the lawsuits out of his pocket. The company allowed it to happen. The contract according to TMZ had a sliding scale. The more incidents the more Harvey paid. Listen to this week's show and let us know your thoughts on this case. You can tweet the team below.
