Health Canada released its new food guide to help provide up-to-date information to Canadians about healthy eating choices and to make sure the guide is aligned with the current evidence on food topics. Natasha and Anthony are vegetarians as is Taylor's husband Greg. Taylor is the odd person out. However she does do 3 meatless dishes or more a week.
